Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at 360tradershub. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Free from damage or noticeable wear

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, intimate products, consumables). These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on product pages.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable/digital products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at sales@360tradershub.com with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/video of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed, we will:

  • Approve your return

  • Provide a return shipping address

  • Send you return instructions

Please do not send your item back without authorization.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind or non-damaged returns, customers may be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

    After approval, your refund will be:

    • Issued to your original payment method

    • Processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider

    You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

6. Exchange

  • We offer exchanges for:

    • Wrong size

    • Incorrect items

    • Damaged or defective products

    To request an exchange, follow the return process and mention “Exchange Request” in your message.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • If you receive an item that is:

    • Damaged

    • Broken

    • Defective

    • Incorrect

    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
    We will immediately arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.

8. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase if it has not been processed or shipped.
    Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still return the item after it arrives.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the standard processing time:

    • Check your bank or card statement

    • Contact your bank or credit card company

    We will assist you immediately.
